Banana Vape Wholesale Distribution Checklist for Colombia Trade Buyers

Timing orders around the production calendar

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Colombia launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Common mistakes Colombia first-time buyers make

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps banana vape shelves full year-round.

Buyers across Colombia usually start a banana vape conversation with two questions: what is in stock today, and when it can be on a truck. Ready-stock lines move within days, while production batches follow the 10 to 15 working days window the desk confirms with the quotation.

Practical checklist

• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

We reject the common wholesale trick of shipping untested mix-grade stock. Every batch we send has passed the same checklist, and customers receive the inspection summary with their shipping confirmation. If a unit fails within the defect window, the claim is handled with replacement units on the next order — no debate.

Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.
