Banana Vape Reorder Program Checklist for Alabama Trade Buyers

Common mistakes Alabama first-time buyers make

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

For online sellers in Alabama, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new banana vape listing go live the day stock arrives.

Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps banana vape shelves full year-round.

How a first order usually runs

First-time buyers are welcome to start with a small mixed order to verify quality and packaging before scaling. Message +86 13711127975 for the current banana vape stock list, flavor catalog and sample policy — the same line handles phone calls, WhatsApp and WeChat.

The fastest way to a landed quotation is a message with your target quantity, destination and flavor preferences. Send it on WhatsApp or WeChat to +86 13711127975 and a trade specialist replies with unit pricing, freight options and current stock positions.

Practical checklist

• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

Pre-shipment inspection draws an AQL sample from the finished banana vape run, testing draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and seal integrity. The report accompanies the shipping confirmation, along with loading photographs.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next banana vape shipment to Alabama.
