Nepal Banana Vape MOQ: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Timing orders around the production calendar

The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for banana vape programs.

Trade demand in Nepal rewards depth over breadth. A focused banana vape core range that never goes out of stock outsells a wide shelf with gaps, so the minimum order quantities plan should be built around real turnover rather than catalog size.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

The VapeWholesaleHub catalog stays deliberately focused: banana vape and the categories around it, stocked deep. For Nepal buyers that means honest availability answers instead of guesses forwarded to third parties.

Practical checklist

• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Freight options from Shenzhen to Nepal

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. Nepal buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.
