Banana Vape Export Service Checklist for Romania Trade Buyers

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.

Documents that travel with every shipment

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

First orders from Romania rarely need to be large. A mixed banana vape carton starting at 2,000 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

Practical checklist

• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims

Packaging standards for export cartons

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next banana vape shipment to Romania.

Regional flavor data matters more than most buyers expect. Reorder patterns from previous Romania seasons are available on request, and the desk uses them to suggest a banana vape opening mix that matches local sell-through instead of a generic bestseller list.
