Sri Lanka Banana Vape Distributor Program: Pre-Order Checklist for Wholesale Buyers

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to Sri Lanka.

Landed cost planning for Sri Lanka buyers

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Guangzhou Nansha, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 7 to 10 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Sri Lanka: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Retail feedback from Sri Lanka repeats one pattern: customers come back for the same flavor when batch quality is stable. That repeat behavior is worth more than a one-cent saving on the first order.

Practical checklist

• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering

Working with the VapeWholesaleHub trade desk

Every VapeWholesaleHub order passes through the same workflow — specification confirmation, batch sampling, production follow-up, pre-shipment inspection, export packing and tracked dispatch. Buyers receive photos of the finished goods and the loading process, so there are no surprises when the carton opens at your warehouse.

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Sri Lanka orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

After-sales support and claims handling

Independent reports are available on request: UN38.3 documentation, transport test results and material safety data accompany orders where destination regulation requires them. If your market needs a specific filing, tell us before production and we confirm in writing rather than discovering the gap at customs.

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.
